Richard Fisher founded Ten Transport Consultancy in 2014. He is an experienced railway leader with a reputation for delivering excellent work across a broad range of rail operational, engineering and commercial disciplines.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Railway Operators, he has worked in management roles at numerous Train Operating Companies and also in Government for the Office of Rail Regulation where he was the responsible manager for holding Network Rail to account for delivering its CP4 performance and operational outputs.
Latterly working as a consultant, he has established himself as capable of delivering high class work in the areas of new railway specification and assurance, railway franchise specification, bidding and mobilisation, rail project management and delivery and infrastructure investment.
